Swiftbrief (www.swiftbrief.com) is a software application sold on a monthly or yearly subscription basis via the internet. Its primary purpose is to help content marketers and editors with creating and managing new briefs that writers can use to deliver high-quality content (the "Scope").
Who operates the business
Swiftbrief.com (the "Site") is operated entirely by Niche Mates GmbH & Co. KG, a business entity registered in Germany under VAT number DE351133905. The Site operates globally as of June 2022. Currently, the Site only operates as a software solution; it does not offer any additional services and/or solutions.
General terms
These terms determine your use of the Site and will be updated regularly. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. In case we do, we will inform existing customers of the changes in a timely manner. If you're a recurring visitor, we invite you to check back regularly for updates.
Account terms
When you (the "User") sign up to the Site — even without a purchase — you agree to the following terms of service:
  1. You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

  2. You will not sell or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or business entity UNLESS as part of a merger or business purchase agreement.

  3. You will not use the Site in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

  4. You will not use the Site to post any content that is defamatory, libelous, pornographic, or threatening.

  5. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site in any form that doesn't use authorized credentials.

  6. You will not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials not intentionally made available through the Site.

  7. You will not use more than one free trial for the same brand, website or IP address.

  8. You will not use a temporary email to sign up to Swiftbrief and get multiple trials.

Refund policy
Full refunds are offered in case:
  1. You request a refund within 7 days of your first plan purchase. If you were to create multiple accounts under the same email, name, or business entity, only the first account created will be valid for a full refund.

  2. You have used less than 25% of your plan's limits.

Refunds are not offered for recurring payments and lifetime deals (one-time payments). We always send out payment reminder emails 7 days before a subscription renews.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any moment's notice if you do not comply with these terms.
